A lot of good water has passed under our bridges since Paul Calvert took charge way back in the year 2000 as the Streams Services Program Supervisor. Over the past ten years he led staff in the expansion of the Stream Team Academy, supporting stewardship projects throughout the state, and growing Associations as well as the Missouri Stream Team Watershed Coalition.

His desire to provide needed assistance to new Teams led to the development of our mentoring efforts; Paul was also directly involved with creating the photo point monitoring activity. His leadership also helped guide us toward improvements in our web site and database which are providing better access to more complete information for Program members and Missouri citizens.

In his new position as Fisheries Field Program Chief, he will continue to work tirelessly for the betterment of our aquatic resources and our citizenry.
